Limited Workmanship Warranty
At Northern Glass Company, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the installation of your glass products. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following Limited Workmanship Warranty:
Warranty Coverage
For a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the work specified in your contract, Northern Glass Company warrants that the workmanship of the installation will be free from defects. This warranty covers repairs or adjustments required due to improper installation.
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty is valid under the following conditions:
Full Payment: The full contract price must be paid, and proof of payment must be provided.
Original Documentation: You must retain a copy of the original signed contract (Estimate) as proof of the installation date and scope of work.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
Any products or materials not supplied by Northern Glass Company.
Damage caused by foreign objects or accidents (e.g., glass breakage).
Repairs or adjustments performed by any party other than Northern Glass Company.
Damage resulting from fire, floods, storms, earthquakes, or any other natural disaster or Acts of God.
Damage or defects due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., hail, wind).
Normal wear and tear or natural weathering of surfaces.
Cracking or separation of caulking, as this is considered routine maintenance.
Water damage unrelated to the installation performed by Northern Glass Company.
Structural movement or settling that affects the integrity of the installation.
Issues related to pre-existing conditions, such as dry rot or brick/mortar erosion.
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance.
Any aesthetic concerns, such as variations in glass color or minor imperfections that do not impact structural integrity or significantly impair visibility.
Damage resulting from the application of aftermarket window films or treatments.
Damage caused by termites, rodents, insects, or other pests.
Harm caused by contact with chemicals, oils, or corrosive materials.
Improper handling, operation, or cleaning of the installed products.
Security systems or other installations not performed by Northern Glass Company.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide the following details:
A copy of your original contract.
Proof of payment for the installation.
A detailed description of the issue.
Claims will be addressed within a reasonable time after notification, and Northern Glass Company will inspect and repair any valid workmanship defects covered by this warranty.
